Pleasant no hassle experience throughout. Customer service was polite and helpful with scheduling. The tech (Eleazar) arrived on time and was extremely polite, professional and patient. He answered every question to my full satisfaction. He went over all issues found and work that was needed. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Overall, quite pleased with Berkeys and will be using them again for my future cooling and heating maintenance. Highly recommended.
