Berkey’s Pays4A’s!

Berkey’s is conducting a pilot program in the Carroll ISD during the 2008-2009 school year to reward students for their hard work.

We will send a crisp dollar bill to each of the students in your household who have at least one “A” on their report cards, any subject. All students are eligible each reporting period.

Here’s What To Do

After each grade reporting period, simply come to this page on our Website and complete the five lines on this form. By submitting this completed form you give us permission to contact you by email with information about this program and to receive Berkey’s electronic newsletter (we promise, it’s good).
